Dorothy Keller

Dorothy (Dottie) Tice Keller, 91, of 4 Kindred Place, Annville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on June 1, 2013. She was the wife of Homer K. Keller and loving mother of Barbara Snell, wife of James Snell, Manheim. Dottie was born in Lebanon on 12/8/21 to the late Clayton and Margaret Tice, Sr. In addition to her husband and daughter, she is survived by her brother, Richard Tice and wife Joan of Cleona and two sisters, Marian Ristenbatt and Anita Ziegler of Palmyra. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Dohner and Eleanor Tice and two brothers, Clayton Tice, Jr. and Charles Tice. She was a loving grandmother to two grandchildren, Kevin Michael Snell of Gainesville, VA, husband of Kelly, and granddaughter, Holly Christine Snell of Irvine, CA. Dottie loved being a great grandmother to her grandson’s four children, Kyler, Kamren, Chase and Peyton. She retired from Lebanon City School District in 1984, where she was Food Service Manager at Harding Elementary for 13 years. She was a member of Lebanon Bible Fellowship Church and was active in the church serving others. Dottie and her husband loved to travel and visited all 50 states including overseas travel to Spain, China, Egypt, Jerusalem, Thailand and the Scandinavian countries. In 1996, they became involved in documenting covered bridges and by 2004, had visited and photographed 805 of them. Her hobbies were sewing, golfing, pool, flower arranging, traveling and bridging. Dottie loved life and loved the Lord. She touched so many lives in her 91 years and she will be greatly missed. Family and friends are welcome to attend Dottie’s Life Celebration service at Lebanon Bible Fellowship Church, 1635 Mill Rd., Lebanon, PA on Sat., June 8th @11:45. Interment will be at Grandview Memorial Cemetery for family only preceding the service.
