Patricia Ann Miller Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Patricia Ann Miller, 83, of Annville passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021, at the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. Born in Hershey on November 10, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Dorothy Ruhl Schaffner. Patricia worked as a secretary at the Hershey Medical Center for 24 years. She was a member of the Annville United Methodist Church. Additionally, she was a member of the Navy Club Auxiliary where she served as the secretary. Patricia enjoyed reading, gardening, and riding motorcycle with her husband. Surviving are four children, Robin D. Miller of Lebanon, Cory B. Marshall, wife of Scott of Annville, Michael S. Miller, husband of Jackie of Annville, Jonathan K. Miller, husband of Lorraine of Centreville, Maryland; two brothers, Frank Schaffner, Jr. of Lebanon, C. Andrew Schaffner of West Haven, Utah; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl S. Miller. A public visitation will be held from 12:00PM-1:00PM on Monday, December 20, 2021, at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 618 E. Main St. Annville, PA 17003. Inurnment will be held on Monday at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601, in memory of her husband, Carl S. Miller. Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville is overseeing arrangements.
