Janet M. "Jenny" Heishman

Janet M. “Jenny” Heishman, 85, of Lebanon passed away on Thursday January 27, 2022 at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of Gordon E. Heishman, with whom she celebrated 66 years in marriage. Jenny was born in Lebanon on February 1, 1936 to the late Arthur and Elizabeth (Foreman) Collins. She was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Lebanon. She enjoyed playing on her I-Pad, video games, and reading James Patterson and Amish books. Surviving in addition to her husband are her children, Steven Heishman (Beverly) of Lebanon, Sharon Shaak of Lebanon, David Heishman (Suzanne) of Lebanon, Ronald Heishman (Teresa) of Reinholds, 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and siblings, Maggie Clements (Ray) of Lebanon, Judy Farr (John) of Milton, and Donald Collins (Donna) of Newmanstown. She was preceded in death by siblings, Arthur Collins, Henry Collins, and Ruth Morris. A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 1PM at First Baptist Church, 20 Linden Road, Lebanon. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to her church.
