Evelyn K. Donmoyer Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Evelyn K. Donmoyer, 90, of Jonestown, passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022, at her home. She was the wife of the late Richard R. Donmoyer. Born in Ono on October 21, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Amy Snavely Kreiser. Evelyn retired from Hershey Foods after over 40 years of service. She also worked along with her husband on the family dairy farm in E. Hanover Twp. She was a member of the Jonestown Bible Church, the Twin E. Hanover Grange, Farm Women Group 21, the Ono Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary, the Golden 50’s One Room School House group and TOPS. She enjoyed crocheting, shopping, and playing parcheesi. She is survived by her brothers Thomas Kreiser of IN and Alfred Kreiser of VA; sisters Elaine Dohner of Milton, DE and Ellen Jarrett of State College; nephews Barry (Sheila) Donmoyer of Annville and Terry (Bonnie) Donmoyer of Annville and her late niece Sherry wife Robert Bashore of Annville and several other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers Frederick and Wesley Kreiser and sisters Elizabeth Weisberger, Edith Probus and Eleanor Newman. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. A viewing will be held beginning at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow at the Salem Evangelical Cemetery, Ono. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church at 14 Silvertown Rd., Jonestown, or the Ono Ladies Fire Co. Auxiliary, 10805 E. Jonestown Rd., Ono, PA 17077.
