Carol L. Rank Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Carol L. Rank, 86, of Fredericksburg passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022 at Cedar Haven. She was the wife of the late Richard R. Rank, who passed away in 2010. Carol was born in Elkhorn, WI on January 24, 1936 to the late Charles and Martha (Schinke) August. She retired from San Georgio Pasta in Hershey. She was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church, Knights of Columbus, Mt. Zion Fire Company, Ebenezer Fire Company & Auxiliary, and “R” Field and Stream. She enjoyed playing BINGO, going to the casino, reading, drawing, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her children, Gary R. Rank (Vickie) of Lebanon, Vicki Peters (Joe) Hummelstown, Cindy Scheidler (Charles) of Lebanon, Michele O’Byle of Fredericksburg, Jeffrey Rank of Fredericksburg, Lisa Vracarich (Milan) of Jonestown, 11 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and her brother, Gerald August of Elkhorn, WI. She was preceded in death by her son, Randy Rank, her daughter, Lori May Rank, and sisters, Jeanette Root and Harriette August. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday June 8, 2022 at 5PM from Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Interment will be held privately at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. There will be a viewing held from 4PM – 5PM at the funeral home on Wednesday afternoon. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 42040, Oklahoma City, OK 73123. On memo line note place the memorial is for Carol L.
