Bruce A. Howard, 88, of Lebanon died Saturday, March 5, 2022 in Lankenau Medical Center, Wynnewood. He was the husband of Sandra H. Howard to whom he was married 38 years. Born in Hershey on October 29, 1933, he was the son of the late Arthur and Mary Hummer Howard. Bruce was a self-employed Custom Home Builder throughout Dauphin and Lebanon County responsible for numerous high end residential development projects. Bruce was a 1950 graduate of Hershey High School, was a member of the National Builders Association, served on the Board of Directors of Woodland Estates, and was an original member of the South Hanover Township Planning Board. Surviving in addition to his wife are two daughters, Jo Marie Stravinskas of Camp Hill, Andrea Wendel of Aspen, CO, a son, Jeffrey M. Lewin of Delray Beach, FL, five grandchildren, Katherine, Nicholas, Tyler, Jameson, and Jessica. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Boudreau. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 12:30 PM at the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main Street, Annville. There will be no viewing or visitation. Interment will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra. Contributions may be made to Congregational Beth Israel, 411 S. 8th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042 in his memory.
