Barbara A. Adams Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Barbara A. Adams,74, of Myerstown, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the wife of the late Henry M. Adams. Born in Lebanon on April 11, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Dorothy Saylor Whitman. She retired in 2014 from the USDA, where she had worked as a food inspector. Barbara enjoyed doing puzzles, and she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons Rodney A. husband of Tricia Adams of Jonestown, and Dennis M. husband of Dulcie Adams of Fredericksburg; daughter Ann E. Loose of Bethel; brother Robert husband of Darlene Whitman of Jonestown; sister Sandra wife of John Klinger of Lebanon; and grandchildren Damon, Dakota, Taylor, Rachel, Karissa, Hayden and Richie. She was preceded in death by her son Scott M. Adams and brother Harvey “Butch” Whitman, II. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc., 4250 Crums Mill Rd., Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17112.
