Kenneth W. Howard

Kenneth W. Howard, 80, passed away at M.S. Hershey Medical Center on August 1, 2016. He was the husband of the late Emma L. (Heist) Howard who passed away in 1997. He was born in Annville on November 1, 1935 to the late Herman H. and Alice M. Swanger Howard. Kenneth had worked for Hershey Foods Corp. in the bean roasting department. Kenneth was a US Army Reserves veteran serving during the Korean War. He had formerly attended Christ Church UCC in Annville and later had attended Emmanuel United Methodist Church with his daughter. Kenneth was a member of the Mt. Lebanon Lodge 226, F & A.M. He enjoyed being in the antique business, jewelry repair, hunting and fishing. He used to enjoy bowling and golfing as well. Surviving is a daughter Vicki Early of Annville, a granddaughter Ashley Early of Cleona, an ex-son-in-law Jay Early of Cleona, and a niece Maureen Tantaros of San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Frysinger. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday August 9, 2016 at 11AM from Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Interment will be in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville. There will be a viewing held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
